Job Description:Theatre Manager
CNM3 or ADON Grade
Hospital
Dublin
Our client, an established Hospital in Dublin, wishes to recruit a Theatre Manager; this can be a CNM3 or an ADON Grade.
Responsibilities:- Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting in Theatre
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience at CNM level in Theatre
- Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
- Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational & interpersonal skills
- Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
- Must have completed a Theatre course
- Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Good IT skills
- Work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Approachable Manager
