  • Proven experience in security architecture and engineering leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Industry certifications such as SABSA, CISSP or similar are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess complex security situations and make informed decisions.

In addition, you are:

  • Willing to be flexible to get the work done and able to prioritise and plan time effectively.
  • Able to communicate clearly and succinctly, including the ability to deliver difficult messages in a positive way.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and able to build a positive team culture in a global team and cross-cultural environment as well as a customer focused culture.

  • Able to support a strategic vision and think globally with a strong sense for entrepreneurship.
  • Able and willing to travel when required.

What we offer you:

At Colt, you'll make a difference. Because around here, we empower people. We don't tell you what to do. Instead, we employ people we trust, who come together across the globe to create intelligent solutions.
