We are working with a tier-one Irish law firm in Dublin who are recruiting a Knowledge Lawyer to join their Construction team.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a dedicated and passionate Construction team. The candidate will engage with a variety of challenging contentious and non-contentious matters, such as housing, office, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, infrastructure, energy (onshore and offshore), transport, utilities, PPPs and data centres.

The candidate will play a key role in advising a broad spectrum of clients on issues such as construction, engineering, planning and procurement. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

  • 5+ years' PQE;
  • Strong background in precedent development, legal research, preparation of briefing materials, and knowledge management;
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
  • Strong academics;
  • Technically excellent with strong attention to detail;
  • Interest in professional development;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
