Job Description

Position Overview: The role involves a variety of responsibilities including performing computer repairs within the workshop, handling customer calls, offering remote support, and traveling to customer locations to provide on-site assistance and install computer equipment, networks, and servers.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, including Windows Server
  • Understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi)
  • Valid driving licence (category B)
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
