We're looking for a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive growth by building strong client relationships and showcasing the value of our cutting-edge diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations and management to drive business growth.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve ongoing revenue targets.
- Effectively communicate value propositions to customers across various physician specialties.
- Provide exceptional customer support, including education on products and market updates.
- Accurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel aligned with a 90-day quota.
- Actively contribute to new business opportunities and organic growth strategies.
- Use clinical data and scientific literature as selling factors to support consultative sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and utilize scientific literature and clinical data in sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
