About the Role

We are looking for a Fullstack Marketing Engineer with a passion for building seamless marketing experiences and the technical skills to connect our brand with millions of users. You will work closely with growth, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact marketing solutions, optimize user journeys, and integrate best-in-class marketing tools.

Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize integrations with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics, CRM, A/B testing, attribution, automation, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Conversion tools).
  • Contribute to backend systems using Scala, supporting data pipelines, APIs, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Work within the Growth team to implement features that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsive design across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance and conversion metrics.
  • Maintain code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Stay current with marketing technology trends and recommend new tools or approaches.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of backend experience: Java, Scala or Kotlin.
  • Proven experience integrating marketing tools:Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Segment, HubSpot, Braze, or similar marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of web performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with server-side rendering and static site generators.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or consumer technology company.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, attribution modeling, and user segmentation.
