At AECOM, we are recruiting a Programme Controls Lead to join us in Dublin. Here's what you'll do:

  1. Lead and manage program controls on a large-scale, complex program.
  2. Establish and maintain a Program Controls system monitoring and reporting Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk and Documentation progress against an agreed Baseline.
  3. Manage and oversee the Change Management process in concert with appropriate governance and interfaces with all other areas of the program.
  4. Comfortably lead a team, developing sustainable programme controls processes, influencing General Contractors and Trade Partners.
  5. Manage the Program Controls team fulfilling Project Controls, Scheduling, Cost, Risk, Document Controls and Reporting functions.
  6. Collaborate with the AECOM Controls community of practice.

Qualifications

Here's what we're looking for:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent technical degree and/or minimum 15+ years' experience, at least 3+ years within the aviation industry.
  2. Knowledge of project financial and cost management systems.
  3. Knowledge of risk management systems and development of corporate and project risk strategies.
  4. Significant experience of leading, managing and organizing teams within an operational service delivery area.
  5. Strong commercial and financial awareness including monitoring and coordination of budget.
  6. Experience in programme scheduling and resource integration.
  7. Excellent project management skills with the capability to provide motivation to ensure targets are met and timelines achieved.
