Location-Dublin City Centre

Your roles and responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the Deli department and delegating tasks to staff members
  • Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HACCP and Food Safety across the entire deli department
  • Ensuring high standards of food displays to optimise sales
  • Ensuring customers are provided with a five-star shopping experience
  • Placing replenishment orders and managing stock control for the department

Who are you?

  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP and Food Safety protocols
  • Previous deli or fresh food experience is essential
  • A people person with a passion for food
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
