Role and responsibilities
  • The post holder will participate in the operation, development and expansion of pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital (OLOL).
  • The role will include working with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • To further develop clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients.
  • To provide effective, efficient and safe pharmaceutical care to all oncology and haematology patients under the care of OLOL.
  • To coordinate the supply of cancer treatments from external compounding companies.
  • To ensure the safe supply of cancer treatments to patients using the National Cancer Information System (NCIS).
