RecruitNet International is inviting applications for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to state-of-the-art Nursing Homes in Co Laois.
A compassionate CNM can ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing care while leading a team.
Responsibilities- Give direction and leadership for the growth and progress of the nursing profession while actively participating in the organization's corporate management.
- When necessary, fill in for the person in charge.
- Work with the Person in Charge and Management to identify service needs and strategies, and serve as a catalyst in this process.
- Attend management meetings when necessary.
- Attend meetings and provide feedback on any concerns brought up during them.
- Manage the patient's interactions with other agencies regarding their requirements and make sure that the community's allied services are followed up with when the director of nursing is not there.
- Make sure resources are used wisely and efficiently.
- Make sure care plans are current and correct.
- Preferred Management Experience or CNM in a related or identical function.
- QQI 6 Management with Healthcare or its equivalent is a minimum requirement.
