Key Responsibilities- Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, acting as a trusted advisor on their financial and business needs.
- Oversee accounting functions, including the preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS102 and IFRS. Handle corporation tax and income tax filings with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure the timely preparation, completion, and submission of financial statements to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO).
- Conduct thorough file reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and properly maintained.
- Lead, train, and support junior accountants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality performance.
- Identify and address client challenges with tailored, effective solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years experience in the Irish market.
- Background in an accountancy practice, managing client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of FRS102 and IFRS standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- €55,000 – €65,000
- Performance Bonus up to 10% of annual salary.
