Care Support Worker Role at Cpl Healthcare

Cpl Healthcare is actively seeking qualified Care Support Workers for residential services based in Sligo.

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and community integration. Currently, we have permanent and contract positions available in Sligo - 18 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience supporting people with disabilities in a similar role
  • FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
  • Full clean Manual Driver's License
  • Working knowledge of HIQA regulations and Health and Safety Standards
  • Experience and understanding of person-centred care and planning
