Overview

Susquehanna's technology teams develop powerful trading systems. As a Software Development Graduate, you will work with senior technologists who will mentor you throughout the programme. You will be involved in building cutting-edge technologies with the development teams.

You will collaborate with Software Developers focused on creating a stable, scalable, and optimized environment with minimized risk. Our team of analysts, developers, infrastructure engineers, and support specialists design and deliver technical solutions that process large data volumes with high performance and stability.

What we're looking for

Who You Are:

  • You must be a final-year student in a STEM-related bachelor's or master's degree. Prior experience in finance or trading is not necessary.
  • You have strong software development skills in object-oriented languages (primarily C#, C++, and Python). You also understand algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
