Working with the team to deliver excellent guest care, actively engaging on the floor to anticipate business needs and manage accordingly.

The Role:
  • Ensure a professional, friendly, and courteous service to all guests;
  • Deliver service in accordance with agreed standards throughout the resort;
  • Ensure all areas are properly prepared and set up prior to and after service;
  • Carry out cash handling procedures in accordance with company policy;
  • Work varying shifts;
  • Conduct routine security checks of the property with appropriate action taken;
  • Liaise with and assist other departments as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Held a duty management position for a minimum of 2 years within a similar environment;
  • Strong background in food and beverage, and conference and banqueting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Be standards-driven;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Reliability and enthusiasm.
