Job Title: Senior Appian Developer

Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Job Overview:

  • The Senior Appian Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of applications on the Appian platform.
  • This role involves leading the development of complex workflow automation and business process management (BPM) solutions, working with both technical and business teams to deliver high-quality applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Appian, a deep understanding of BPM principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Ideal Profile

Key Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Appian Certified Senior Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing business process management (BPM) applications on the Appian platform.
  • Proven experience in automating business processes using Appian's Process Models, SAIL, and Expression Rules.
  • Experience with Appian integration techniques, including Web APIs, REST, SOAP, and database connectivity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, SQL, XML, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of Appian developers.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Appian BPM platform and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in building scalable and maintainable Appian applications.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Appian solutions, including integration with third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with Appian security, process design, and deployment procedures.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Appian Certified Lead Developer or Senior Developer certifications.
