Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland's biggest Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on an Associate Director to their Dublin office to work alongside the Technical Directors on the day-to-day running of the company and taking the lead on projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into one of the country's biggest consultancies where you will lead a fantastic pipeline of projects – ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare. No two days will be the same

This position is a permanent role, so job security is guaranteed You will hit the ground running and get started straight away on these variety of projects. This role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and have the relevant technical experience.

To be considered for this role:

  • You must be a 15+ years Structural or Senior Structural Engineer, graduated with a relevant Civil or Structural Degree, with those 12+ years being on Irish projects post-grad.
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status.
  • Any experience at a similar level would be advantageous.
  • Team Lead experience on a set of civil and structural projects.
  • Experience in the relevant software is desirable.

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 8%, 30 days annual leave, and an annual company bonus based on personal performance
