We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead Udemy's key, strategic integrations contributing to the growth and success of our enterprise learning product, Udemy Business. The role includes overseeing a developer portal and external API development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap, and vision for our external APIs, developer resources and key strategic integrations.
  2. User-Centric Design: Deeply empathize with administrators, buyers, and learners, understanding their needs and employing AI technologies to enhance outcomes and experiences.
  3. Problem-Solving Excellence: Utilize first principles thinking to dissect complex challenges.
  4. Business Outcome Articulation: Clearly define and measure business outcomes.
  5. Data-Driven Development: Lead the creation of, leveraging data insights and market trends.

What you'll have

  1. Experience: At least 5 years in product management, with a minimum of 2 years in technical, platform or developer-focused product roles.
  2. Track Record: Proven ability to launch and scale innovative products, demonstrating expertise in both initiating new products and enhancing mature ones.
  3. Clarity & Ambiguity Management: Exceptional ability in driving clarity and making progress in ambiguous, complex situations.
  4. Process & Flexibility: Strong skills in implementing effective processes in fast-paced environments while allowing for flexibility and rapid iterations.
  5. Communication & Leadership: A thought leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership, customers, and the broader market.
