Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in the store's sales, KPIs, and overall performance. You will recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to ensure the success of the store, maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, and create a shopping experience that delights our customers every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering like-for-like growth in sales and KPI performance
  • Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
  • Complying with instructions from senior retail team members
  • Developing, reviewing, and appraising your team based on KPIs and managing poor performers
  • Ensuring brand integrity through correct behaviors and uniform standards
  • Controlling payroll and store expenditures within budget
  • Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service

  • Excellent visual merchandising skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication skills

Desirable:

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience managing poor performance
  • Experience working in a premium fashion brand
