The Role & What You Will Be Doing

As an IT Supply Chain Solution Analyst, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects and drive the optimization of supply chain planning processes through the effective use of Kinaxis RapidResponse.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead systems integration with ERP systems, demand planning, statistical forecasting, Supply planning, and S&OP workstreams for supply chain planning solution Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Manage supply chain analytics using Azure and Data Sphere platforms.
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Ensure quality through comprehensive testing and validation
• Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee supply chain projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and stay current with industry trends to continuously improve practices.
  
  

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role and more than 6 years in supply chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC / S4 HANA and Kinaxis Rapid Response applications
• Proven experience in supply chain management, business analysis, and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning solutions and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in system integration, demand & supply planning, statistical forecasting, and S&OP processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with change management and system security initiatives is a plus.
