As we continue to grow and build a fun, dynamic work culture, we're looking for a Chief Stout Officer (CSO) to bring a little extra cheer to our team. This role isn't just about picking beers; it's about creating an environment where everyone can unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the finer things in life—one pint at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mood-Boosting Beer Selection: Work closely with team members to help them select the perfect beer for any mood, occasion, or time of day. From light lagers to hearty stouts, your expertise will keep the team refreshed and content.
  2. Pint-Picking Recommendations: Curate a list of the best pubs for after-work hangouts and Friday night shenanigans. Know where to go for craft brews, traditional pints, and everything in between.
  3. Office Tastings & Events: Organize beer-tasting events that are informative, fun, and educational. Whether it's an international beer tasting or a local craft discovery, ensure every team member leaves with a new appreciation for beer.
  4. Beer Etiquette Education: Provide lessons on the proper art of beer pouring and tasting. Be the teacher everyone needs but didn't know they wanted.
  5. Beer Pairing Advisor: Recommend beer pairings for food, events, and company milestones to create memorable experiences.
  6. Beer Culture Ambassador: Cultivate a beer-friendly culture that promotes responsible enjoyment and camaraderie. Create a space where beer is a shared experience.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for craft beer, Irish pints, and everything in between.
  • Experience in beer-related roles such as brewing, bartending, or as an aficionado.
  • Keen eye for beer styles, flavors, and textures.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading tastings, sharing knowledge, and planning events.
  • A sense of humor and good taste in beers.
