Our client, an established player in the premium consumer goods space, is currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Ecommerce specialist to join their dynamic digital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage website updates including homepage layouts, product details, and promotional banners across multiple brand sites.
  • Maintain accuracy in product imagery, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Monitor and report on web performance metrics and support SEO improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate and implement email campaigns via Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with content creators and designers to align campaign messaging with audience insights.
  • Support performance reporting and optimisation in collaboration with an external email marketing agency.
  • Ensure accurate syncing between the CRM (NetSuite) and email platform.
  • Maintain clean customer data and assist with segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to manage online queries and provide digital assistance across live chat, video consultations, and email.
  • Support operational elements like influencer product requests, booking systems for consultations, and ecommerce fulfilment processes.
  • Liaise with web and eCommerce partners to execute design and development projects on time and to spec.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Assist with compliance, ensuring adherence to quality and environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) and actively contribute to initiatives supporting sustainability, diversity, and B-Corp goals.
  • Proven experience in managing email campaigns and eCommerce platforms, with familiarity in tools such as Klaviyo or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms, along with the ability to coordinate with third-party developers/designers.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools (especially NetSuite) is a plus.
  • Keen interest in UX, branding, and enhancing customer journeys.
