Digital Workplace Specialist

To support and enable this transformation, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital Workplace Specialist working as part of the Digital Workplace Technology team delivering day-to-day support of the Digital Workplace environment to ensure delivery of the agreed level of IT services to the business. You will play a key role in the Digital Workplace team supporting office and branch locations. The team strives to continually improve and deliver a best-in-class colleague experience across multiple technologies, while also supporting the operational goals of the technical services team.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation, support, and administration of multiple technologies to support Digital and Hybrid Workplace agendas.
- Monitor and administer SCCM, Intune, and all associated environments ensuring seamless integration and operation of endpoint management Co-MGMT services.
- Primarily responsible for managing delivery, improvement, and governance of the bank's end-user endpoint estate. Building, implementing, and optimizing endpoint-based services/solutions including image creation and deployment.
- Manage successful delivery of branch technology support services. Maintain and build strong relationships with key vendors, responsible for delivering the relevant branch technology services.
- Support development over the overarching Digital Workplace and end user computing strategy.
- Develop the Bank's Digital Workplace capability leveraging cloud services. Primarily responsible for managing delivery, improvement, and governance of the bank's end-user device estate, with a strong focus on Intune-based solutions.
Essential
- Proven experience supporting a large enterprise end-user computing environment.
- Strong technical experience in the following technologies: Windows 10/11, operating system imaging and deployment (SCCM and Intune), encryption, device compliance, and security configuration.
- Technical experience in application packaging, deployment, App Protection, Windows Autopilot, and Device Configuration.
- Experience of Microsoft patch management and vulnerability administration, automation, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of MDM & MAM Solutions (Intune, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox).
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, apps, and services.
- Knowledge of Citrix virtual app and desktop/desktop as a service (DaaS).
- Scripting Experience (PowerShell).
- Industry / Professional Certification.
- Active contributor - plays a proactive role as part of the team, supporting colleagues and the organisation to achieve targets. Ability to work on own initiative with strong self-starter competencies.
