Job Description
We are seeking to fulfill the role of a Delivery Lead, with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project.

  • Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore and Onshore Packages.
  • Responsible for leading the definition, development, interface and delivery and successful completion of complex multi-packages safely, managing time, budget and quality and KPI's.
  • Take ownership of delivering the programme, successfully integrating multiple EPC Contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, support, direction and leadership to the teams.
  • Extensive contract management experience throughout the life cycle of the project, including contract change management and contract claim management using industry standard forms (FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC etc.).
  • Build, maintain and manage close relationships with internal Key stakeholders including government departments, communities and company executive team.
  • Lead on commercial and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement and legal departments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or qualification in Engineering /Project Management or equivalent.
  • Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in project management of multi-Packages in an Offshore Wind environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
  • Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
