Senior Python Developer - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid-Working Model - Roles x5 - Start June / July 2025

Stelfox has partnered with a global fintech organization looking for five Senior Python Developers to join their team and work on both existing and greenfield projects. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for designing and developing web-based Python solutions to solve complex business problems.

Working as part of global teams, the company leverages a wide range of technologies. They operate in an Agile environment and emphasize researching new technologies. This is a great opportunity for the right developer to advance their career within a rapidly expanding team.

This client offers 6-month rolling / long-term contracts, and contractors must be based in Ireland for the duration of the contract.

Hybrid-Working Model - 3 days on-site and 2 remote per week.

Required Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Python
  • Strong relational database/SQL experience
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with larger applications using microservices and containers
  • Experience building RESTful web APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django
  • Experience with ORMs like SQLAlchemy
