Senior Recruitment Consultant - Compliance at Elevate Partners

Our client, a growing fintech who provide software tools to asset managers, are seeking a Junior Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services Team. This job will require you to be technically strong and have the relationship management skills to support clients through complex implementations. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team dealing with global clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Implementation Consultant will include:

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements
  • Configure solutions, assisting with the addition of new product features, writing and executing test plans
  • Support the development team to add new features to the product
  • Design a package that will meet clients' requirements
  • Support clients through their testing stages, Go Live, and in production phases

Key Requirements of the Junior Implementation Consultant will include:

  • At least 1 years' working experience in a relevant field. This could include Fintech or a fund administration/fund accounting type role, preferably that included a technical aspect e.g. writing system reports, database queries, process re-engineering etc
  • At least a bachelor's degree obtained in a relevant field i.e. Technical, computing, engineering, business, accounting, actuarial, mathematics etc.
  • Strong communication ability with both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve independently
  • SQL experience and/or high-level Excel skills are an advantage
