A Key Role in Keeping Our Operations Safe, Clean, and Ready for Production

The Role

Sofina Foods is seeking dedicated Hygiene Operators to join our production team on the night shift. This is a vital role where you'll be responsible for ensuring that all production lines and areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard, supporting both product quality and food safety.

This position is based on an 8-hour shift, 5 days over 7 (including potential weekend work), offering the opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that underpins our success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out thorough cleaning of all production lines and areas, including removing belts/parts and cleaning them according to set instructions.
  • Clean machine parts, walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces in line with cleaning instruction cards.
  • Re-assemble cleaned lines to ensure they are ready for the next production run.
  • Work across different areas such as boxing, chills, and freezers, following the cleaning schedule.
  • Comply with all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
  • Follow checklists and workflow guidelines accurately.
  • Take direction from the Team Leader and collaborate with Quality and Production teams to meet required hygiene standards.
