Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (Contractor)

Responsibilities
  • Lead payroll-focused design workshops, build tailored configurations (Fast Formulas, elements, calculation cards), and drive real value for top-tier clients.
  • Work on diverse projects across leading organisations and help shape Oracle HCM Cloud transformations, including presales, demos, OTBI reporting, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end payroll solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll.
  • Provide expertise in payroll configuration, reporting, and process improvements; contribute to pre-sales preparation and product credibility.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (essential).
  • Bonus points for expertise in Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation Workbench.
  • Strong configuration skills—Fast Formula, process flows, payroll elements.
  • OTBI reporting and/or SQL knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
