Art Director

Our Dublin office is looking for an Art Director to be part of a creative team. You can turn smart thinking into sharp, beautiful ideas across every channel — from social to film, outdoor to experiences. You'll work closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to create work that's brave, brilliant, and impossible to ignore. You're great with clients.

The Role

• Turn strategy into striking creative that works across platforms.
• Build full campaign worlds — not just one-off visuals.
• Stay curious about culture, tech, and design trends.
• Present ideas with clarity and conviction.
• Build strong client relationships and push the work further.

About You

• 5+ years in a similar role, with a portfolio that turns heads.
• Experience across digital, social, film, outdoor, and more.
• Comfortable using AI tools and the full Adobe Creative Suite.
• A visual storyteller who knows how to stop thumbs and spark conversations.
• Collaborative, curious, and driven to solve business problems in creative ways.
• You enjoy being in an office environment and around people, and know how to navigate a sometimes challenging industry with a sense of humour and a positive attitude.
• Your work gets noticed not just by award judges, but by taxi drivers, your next-door neighbour and your cynical friends who claim they don't like advertising.
• You talk excitedly about the ideas you've created — even outside of work.

Essential Qualifications

• A portfolio or work samples that showcase clever, brand-building ideas and executed campaigns.

Desirable Qualifications

• Proficient with Google Workspace, GenAI tools, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Collaborative, self-driven, and passionate about creative work.
• Comfortable creating content for major social platforms, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements.
• Confident presenting ideas and speaking in front of groups.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage personal workload and help maintain structure across a team.
• Skilled at juggling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
