Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent Programs team. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Intersectionality, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing and delivering high-quality training materials and sessions to enhance the capabilities of our talent development offering. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging educational technologies to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and objectives, ensuring the training material is aligned with business goals and strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training materials and courses tailored for specific teams, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and multimedia content.
  • Facilitate live training and onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars, demonstrating a high level of comfort and effectiveness in presenting and engaging with the audience.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement, and updating materials as needed to reflect changes in products, processes, or department strategies.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • High level of English proficiency, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2 - 5 years of Instructional Design, T raining Delivery and Learning Consultation experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using instructional design tools and software, including eLearning authoring tools (Rise360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), video editing software (Camtasia) and LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video and multimedia creation, including the ability to storyboard, script, create, and edit video content.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating live training sessions, both in-person and virtually, with a proven ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
