Are you an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst who thrives on strategic planning, deadlines, and making a real business impact? If so, the permanent opportunity on our Supply Chain team could be the one for you. In this business-centric role, you will support the maintenance of existing supply chain models and provide critical data analytics support on scenario planning, offering crucial insights to PGCS leadership for designing the future concentrate network.

Responsibilities

Accountable

  • Support maintenance of manufacturing capacity models with quarterly volume updates and annual data updates.
  • Lead data sourcing, extraction, profiling, and integration to enable model generation and business insights.
  • Identify opportunities and improve data sourcing processes and validation using SAP, AFO, & Power BI.

Responsible

  • Provide insights from existing models to support asset utilization and resource effectiveness.
  • Offer insights into capacity constraints to enhance business resilience.
  • Support model enhancements to improve accuracy and throughput.
  • Create reports and dashboards visualizing KPIs related to network capacity.
  • Assist plant and organizational optimization through scenario planning.
  • Support engineering and operations teams with business cases for growth-driven capital investments.

Informed

  • Enhance data through organic and transformational improvements like Digital Factory initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process data, analyze root causes, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of organizational operations and workflows.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, MS Access.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Science & Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Curiosity to extract insights from data.
