The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a wide range of hairdressing services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
2. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products
3. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and haircare innovations
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
6. Work collaboratively with the team to support a positive and professional salon culture
7. Promote and upsell salon products and treatments where appropriate

Requirements:

1. Fully qualified with relevant hairdressing certification
2. Proven experience working as a stylist in a busy salon environment
3. Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling for a variety of hair types
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
6. A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
7. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques

Desirable (but not essential):

1. Experience with bridal or special occasion styling
2. Product knowledge of leading salon brands
