Mercedes-Benz Cork, a principal dealer for Mercedes-Benz in Ireland and Cork's only dedicated Mercedes-Benz dealership, is seeking to recruit a Motor Mechanic Apprentice to join our team based in Eastgate Business Park.

We offer a 4-year Motor Mechanics apprenticeship in partnership with SOLAS, involving both on-the-job and off-the-job training. Successful completion of this apprenticeship awards a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Craft Motor Mechanics.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally
  • Have successfully completed a Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Hold a full, valid, and current driver's license.
  • Have a keen interest in the motor industry.
  • Display good problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work to high standards.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be diligent and flexible in approach.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be motivated and energetic.
