Description

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and motivate your store team to provide an exceptional customer experience and foster a positive working environment. You will be an expert in product presentation and customer service, working closely with the Store Leader to develop the team, maintain operational standards, and achieve sales and KPI targets.

About The Role

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure excellent product placement and create engaging wearable outfits.
  • Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience as a priority.
  • Manage store operations, including service, team, and daily tasks.
  • Empower the team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
  • Utilize commercial tools to support store performance.
  • Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock management, payroll, and customer feedback.
  • Support health and safety compliance.
  • Develop and motivate the store team to be high-performing and engaged.
