Job Description:

The QC Material Management Analyst will support site activities related to Sample Management Laboratory, in-process samples, and laboratory duties in accordance with cGMP regulations at the Multi-Product Cell Culture Drug Substance Facility.

The role:
  • Liaise with manufacturing, Engineering Stores, and Warehouse Cryogenics Logistics to ensure timely processing and delivery of samples.
  • Manage TempTales, shipping documents, and log samples into LIMS/CIMS or logbooks, labeling accordingly.
  • Release samples for QC testing, store backups and reserve samples.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation and report deviations.
  • Aliquot samples for QC activities, perform QC testing (TOC, Nitrates, Conductivity), and analyze Raw Materials using various techniques.
  • Complete laboratory documentation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with SOPs and specifications.
  • Assist in authoring and reviewing documentation, including SOPs.
  • Review batch paperwork, investigate out-of-specification results, and update SOPs as needed.
  • Maintain GMP compliance and keep updated on industry requirements.
  • Perform other activities as directed by the Lab Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Minimum of a third-level qualification in Chemistry/Biology or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare laboratory.
