Overview

We are Incognito Escape Room, the #1 ranked escape room in Ireland We offer immersive & unique live escape experiences to our customers and are currently looking to add new members to our team.

The Game Master handles the entire player experience from setting up rooms to greeting customers, assisting them during the games and everything in between

Responsibilities
  • You will be the direct point of contact with customers, so great communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large groups are a must.
  • Provide excellent customer service with patience, politeness, and a dedication to customer experience.
  • Act as a storyteller, entertainer, adviser and problem solver while working in our game rooms and interacting directly with players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences.
  • Engage with guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, and adapt to varying group sizes and dynamics.
  • Demonstrate charisma, quick learning, and strong attention to detail with a hospitality focus.
Schedule & Availability
  • Due to the nature of our business, flexibility is very important to us.
  • If you are unable to work any morning shifts (10am - 5pm) Mon - Fri please do not apply.
  • We are interested in around 15-30 hours per week with availability throughout the full week, including mornings/evenings during the week and weekend.
  • We work in shifts with on-call duties that are unpaid; you will receive your rostered hours in advance and only come in if your game is booked. If your game is not booked you do not come in and will not be paid.

Job Types: Part-time, Specified-purpose

Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
