Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join a thriving organisation in Co. Clare.
Responsibilities- Execute maintenance schedules according to priority, cost, timelines of tasks and compliance requirements.
- Lead daily team meetings to assign responsibilities aligned with the maintenance plan.
- Supervise the daily operations of the Maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of repairs, upgrades, and project work.
- Manage the maintenance budget, focusing on cost control in particular overtime, repairs, renewals—and appropriate staffing levels.
- Work in close collaboration with the Sustainability Team to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy-related costs.
- Manage service contracts and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed of maintenance progress and task completion.
- Prepare tender documentation for minor works projects.
- Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and public procurement guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 years plus proven experience in a maintenance management role with a strong electrical background.
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of maintenance systems; BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, Emergency Systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of PV and renewable energy systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven project and people management skills.
- Ability to work, make decisions and give direction under pressure.
- Full driving licence.
