Salary: From €30,288.48 Yearly to €42,033.79 Yearly
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and empowering individuals to develop or improve independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans, including assistance with domestic, social skills, and personal care.
- Working closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.
- Collaborating with other Support Workers and Team Leaders to promote a safe environment and resolving conflicts using appropriate techniques and language.
- Ensuring medication is stored and administered according to Praxis Care's Medication Policy where necessary.
- Familiarizing with administrative requirements and recording relevant information according to reporting guidelines.
- Being aware of all policies and participating in training related to Health & Safety.
Requirements of the Role:
- Participate in appraisal and staff review processes.
- Adhere to and model company values, behaviours, and policies.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with Praxis expectations and regulations.
- Be prepared to undertake additional duties as required.
- Work hours as needed to meet service needs, including sleep-ins with an additional payment of €101.60 per night.
Criteria:
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- Experience in health and social care.
- Full valid driving license and access to own vehicle (disability considerations should be specified).
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.

We use reserve lists for multiple suitable candidates, valid for 12 months, offering similar posts if they become available.
