About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  1. Delivering excellent customer service and providing product advice.
  2. Handling customer queries efficiently, including via telephone.
  3. Restocking and maintaining store presentation and cleanliness.
  4. Managing point-of-sale transactions securely.
  5. Participating in stock taking and inventory management.
  6. Flexibility to work across different departments.
  7. Pricing, coding, and updating product information.
  8. Following policies, health & safety procedures, and reporting hazards.
  9. Goods-inward processes, yard upkeep, docket checking, manual handling, forklift operation, and other duties as required.

What You Will Bring To Co-Op Superstores

  1. Flexibility to work across multiple store locations.
  2. Forklift experience or willingness to train; full training provided.
  3. Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.
  4. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a customer focus.
  5. Initiative, flexibility, and good communication skills.
  6. Team-oriented mindset.
