Are you a passionate, creative, and experienced Chef de Partie looking for a part-time opportunity to grow your skills in a vibrant and expanding kitchen? The Glashaus Hotel is currently recruiting an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our innovative culinary team.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to hotel standards.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and proactive service to guests and colleagues.
  • Support menu planning and contribute creative food ideas.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all menu items and daily specials.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operating procedures.
  • Ensure proper rotation and storage of products to minimize waste.
  • Keep all work areas, utensils, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Complete any reasonable duties assigned by senior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • HACCP certified and knowledgeable in food safety.
  • Culinary qualification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours including evenings and weekends.
  • A positive, team-player attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be available for immediate start.
