We are seeking a Senior Oracle Financials Functional Analyst responsible for delivering end-to-end financial solutions within Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS). Key responsibilities include defining, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting finance/accounting functions. The role requires exercising discretion and independent judgment in evaluating user requests, determining solutions, and applying system analysis techniques. The candidate will work cross-functionally with business leaders, product managers, and IT teams.

• Establish and adhere to departmental procedures on governance, project management, software lifecycle, change management, and controls.
• Oversee application solutions and enhancements.
• Serve as SME, guiding IT support, development, and integration teams.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new business functionalities.
• Collaborate with users and IT to deliver solutions.
• Create and update functional documentation.
• Support project implementation, testing, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and SLA guidelines.
• Manage application features delivery and reporting capabilities.
• Gather and consolidate business requirements into functional specs.

• Ensure data stability and accuracy post-release.
• Create and manage Oracle Support Service Requests.
• Design program specifications and optimize ERP configurations.
• Maintain consistency across global functionalities and understand business models.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
• Leverage Oracle EBS expertise for Accounts Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Apply expertise in Procure to Pay, Record to Report, and Order to Cash processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile and SAFe methodologies.

• Minimum 8 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle ERP in accounting modules.
• Experience with Oracle financials modules: GL, FA, SLA, AR, AP, PA, OTL, CST.
• Self-supporting in EBS tech components: SQL, PL/SQL, reports, using TOAD or SQL Developer.
• SME in Oracle modules, providing feasibility, design, and implementation support.
• Understanding of tax modules and supply chain cycles.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP technical and functional aspects, including AOL and FND.
• Experience with enterprise applications like Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Cross-training in Oracle ERP features and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of business processes and success metrics.
• Ability to engage in application development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Experience in IT project management and Agile Scrum is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
