Senior Investment Associate

On behalf of our client, a high growth renewable developer, we are looking to hire a Senior Associate to join the Investment and Transaction team.
The Role:
- Play a key role in preparing, managing, and executing transactions including managing the due diligence process.
- Optimize the current and future pipeline in terms of asset divestment/investments, joint ventures, partnership opportunities, and project financing.
- Work closely with the financial modelling team to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analysis to support negotiations.
- Collaborate with a multi-functional deal team across legal, technical, and finance to deliver commercial success for each asset/portfolio.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling capability and proficiency using financial data.
- High level of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
