Overview

Exciting Career Opportunity as a Field Service Engineer at Linde Material Handling in the Leinster region. Linde Material Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers to join our team.


To carry out repairs and service works in the growing Leinster region due to customer expansion.


As a Field Service Engineer you will work on a dynamic range of tasks across our extensive product lineup—from agile pallet trucks to counterbalance machines, very narrow aisle (VNA) trucks, and innovative automated solutions.



Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and service works in the Leinster region to support customer expansion.
  • Diagnose, repair and maintain Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment across customer sites.
  • Travel to customer locations and deliver exceptional support, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and essential check-ups to keep fleets operating at peak efficiency.


Qualifications
  • Experience as a vehicle technician, mechanical engineer, forklift technician, plant fitter/technician or related role is desirable.
  • Ideally NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), though not essential.
  • Comfortable using IT equipment to keep records and place orders.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Full forklift driver licence where applicable.
