Job DescriptionEnvironment & Planning Solicitor

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a prestigious law firm in Dublin, seeking an experienced Environment & Planning Solicitor (4-6 years' PQE) to join their highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex environmental and planning matters, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, including infrastructure, energy, and real estate.

The Role:
  • Advising clients on planning applications, appeals, and environmental law compliance.
  • Handling judicial review proceedings, compulsory purchase orders, and regulatory matters.
  • Providing legal support on major infrastructure and development projects.
  • Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and stakeholder submissions.
  • Engaging with regulatory bodies, planning authorities, and government agencies.
The Person:
  • Qualified Solicitor (4-6 years' PQE) with a background in environment & planning law.
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A commercially aware and solutions-focused approach to legal challenges.
