Job Description:

The Customer Success Manager acts as an advocate for our customers, overseeing a portfolio to help them achieve business outcomes and foster adoption of ServiceNow products. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, ensuring product health, promoting success stories, maximizing value, and resolving escalated issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 2+ years in customer professional services or related support
  • Ability to provide comprehensive services independently
  • Experience resolving issues analytically
  • Collaborative work experience
  • ServiceNow certifications a plus
  • Ability to work in Dublin 2-3 times a week
