An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Marketing Coordinator to join a tech multinational company at the forefront of digital innovation. This role will be based in Ireland and will support coordination for integrated marketing customer-facing activities in the Western Europe area.

Contract: Agency temporary worker (PAYE)
Duration: initially until end of September 2024, with potential extension for up to 18 months
Location: Dublin 18, hybrid

Function of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. You will also contribute to reporting and analyzing customer marketing metrics, assisting with report creation and analysis of marketing activities, expenditure, and customer engagement metrics to enhance customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in creating and implementing integrated marketing plans aligned with business outcomes. Coordinate with local teams, including IMMs (Integrated Marketing Managers), GTM (Go-To-Market Managers), Business Operations, and Marketing Coordinators.
  2. Contribute to reporting and analysis of customer marketing metrics, including marketing activities, spend, and engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement through collaboration with solution area and engine owners.
  3. Support orchestrating and completing tasks across area and local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings, including calendar management, communication channels, and travel arrangements based on CMO Leadership Team directives.
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of full experience in a similar role.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Ability to assist in creating and implementing marketing plans aligned with business outcomes, understanding marketing principles, target audiences, and strategic planning.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing customer marketing metrics, creating reports, and interpreting data to improve engagement and marketing effectiveness, with familiarity in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Project and Event Coordination: Skills in managing marketing projects and events, handling logistics, calendar management, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth execution.
