Glenveagh's Graduate Programme
This is a one-year programme designed to equip graduates with the tools and skills for a successful career at Glenveagh. Delivered by IMI, our Graduate Development Programme will develop your workplace skills, including commercial acumen, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
Throughout the programme, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate with industry experts. You will also have access to tailored learning, certifications, and key business knowledge.

We are currently accepting applications for our 2026 Graduate Programme.
As a Graduate EHS Advisor, you'll support our safety-first culture by assisting the site management team to meet EHS KPIs. The role location will be confirmed before your start date and may vary based on operational needs.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Support the site EHS Advisor in safety inspections
- Review method statements and safe plans of action under the supervision of the EHS Manager
- Liaise with Site Managers to ensure up-to-date Health and Safety documentation
- Participate in toolbox talks, communicate EHS requirements, and attend safety meetings
- Promote a safety culture by championing best practices
- Report weekly and monthly safety data to site teams and stakeholders
- Maintain a professional image in all dealings with the public and stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required
- Hold or be working towards a Level 7/8 Degree/Higher Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years or by 2026)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable attitude

- IT literate with proactive learning skills and familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI tools
