About the Role:

As a Nurse Assistant, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality, person-centred care according to residents' care plans.
  2. Understand residents' needs and provide companionship.
  3. Assist with mobility and personal hygiene, ensuring dignity.
  4. Support residents with eating, drinking, and achieving comfort.
  5. Participate in and help organise social activities.
  6. Maintain effective communication with families and colleagues.
  7. Adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Eligibility to work in Ireland - sponsorship is not available for this role
  2. Healthcare or social care qualification, or relevant experience
  3. Minimum B1 English
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to follow instructions and procedures
  6. Excellent organisational and observation skills
  7. A professional, caring, and compassionate nature
  8. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Contract & Benefits

Type: Full-time, permanent

Shifts: Day and night (flexibility required)

Salary: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour (based on experience)
