Office Based Role Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. You will need to be flexible to work outside these hours from time to time to support carers and clients.
Our Client is recruiting a Practice/Care Supervisor to join their Care Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Nurse or Social Care Worker who is seeking a predictable schedule and better work-life balance. You will still be making a real difference, supporting carers and ensuring quality community care across the North East Region.

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support carers delivering community care throughout the Northeast
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with care plans
- Build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and families
- Participate in the on-call phone roster
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations
- Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience
- Company vehicle or mileage rates

- Registered Nurse (RGN, RNID, RPN) or qualified Social Care Worker
- Experience in community care (homecare or similar) is an advantage
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong computer literacy
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
