1. Drive transformation: Partner with our customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs and work out how you can help drive growth, reduce costs, and spark innovation.
2. Analyze and optimize: Dive into current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries like life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing. Your analytical skills will streamline and enhance operations.
3. Facilitate workshops: Organize and facilitate client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges. Your collaborative approach ensures we understand their goals and obstacles clearly.
4. Strategize with clarity: Gather essential information with a keen focus on what matters. You'll keep all stakeholders informed and aligned, avoiding unnecessary details.
5. Co-create solutions: Collaborate with clients to design the concept book, detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we'll create a blueprint for success.
6. Coordinate implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.

You see yourself thriving in the world of value chain transformation based on your experiences:

• You have been involved in improvement projects or may have been responsible for specific tasks or deliverables within projects, contributing to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress.
• You have preferably 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role such as inventory analyst, E2E planner, S&OP planner, Production Scheduler, Warehouse Manager, and Logistics Manager.
• You have a basic understanding but above all interest in supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. You don't shy away from some data analytics.
• You're passionate about supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.
