Overview

Urban are delighted to be working alongside a leading architectural studio in Dublin as they look to welcome Architectural Technologists with BIM excellence to their growing team.

With project demand soaring and a busy end of the year expected, there are growth plans across the technical side of the team, specifically Technologists with good levels of BIM / Revit software.

The studio works on a variety of projects in many sectors including residential and housing schemes, commercial office fit-out, workspace, education, science & technology, conservation and healthcare.

Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in driving the integration of BIM across all project stages, from concept to completion. You'll be the go-to on your team for all things BIM, working in tandem with the wider BIM network at the practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed BIM models, ensuring coordination across multidisciplinary teams, and upholding the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with Irish building regulations. A deep understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and data management is essential, as you\'ll be instrumental in project efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience with BIM, Revit, and related BIM workflows; ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams; knowledge of Irish building regulations.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is dependent upon experience and is based on the influence the Technologist can bring to the team. Depending on level and experience, the guidelines for this role are advertised at €56k-€67k.
